The hotel location is convenient, but unfortunately not much else about this place was worth remembering. the room was basic and lacked any real character, and the bathroom was small and outdated. the service was lackluster, with staff seemingly uninterested in guests' needs. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, with limited options and average quality. While there were some facilities available, such as a restaurant and terrace, they were underwhelming.
The hotel seems to be coasting on the goodwill of a few friendly staff members and a relatively convenient location, but overall it falls short in terms of comfort, amenities, and service.

The resort was amazing; the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were provided with delicious food that was well-prepared and cooked to perfection. We also liked the location of the hotel as it was peaceful, calming, and in close proximity to many tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished with comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep.
One thing we disliked was that the window above our terrace door had no blinds, which was not conducive to a good night’s sleep. However, the hotel staff were attentive and would have promptly resolved the issue if we had raised it.

Spent Christmas in a wonderful place with a location close to the city centre. Enjoyed the exquisite food they offered, the chef definitely knows his way around the kitchen. the staff were friendly and provided a warm welcome. I loved their homemade cakes, a sweet and tasty surprise that just made everything better.
Maybe, if I had to nitpick, I would've liked to see a wider variety of activities offered during the holiday season.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat that fulfilled all of my exclusive needs. the service was exceptional and all staff members were friendly and helpful.
The only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment or leisure facilities on offer. this was more than made up for by the beautiful garden area and stunning location overlooking the surrounding countryside.
